Yes. Attending our Discover Class and signing our Membership Commitment are part of the onboarding process to regularly serve on most of our teams at ZCC. To register for our next Discover Class, text Discover to 51321.
You can start serving in 6th grade and above!
No. We actually encourage our team members to be intentional about taking weeks off. We firmly believe that a healthy rhythm of rest is crucial, and just as important as serving.Most team members serve on a rotation of some kind, and it’s generally based on availability.
Yes. Auditions help us place people well and steward our platform responsibly.
It’s certainly helpful, but we can and will gladly train people without prior experience!
